Shipping Destinations

SophStudioWorks ships artworks within Germany, the European Union, and selected international destinations.
Available shipping destinations are displayed during checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork and are shown during checkout before the order is completed.

Taxes, Duties and Import Fees

For deliveries within the European Union, no additional customs duties apply.

For international shipments outside the European Union, the order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

SophStudioWorks has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Any delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.

Processing and Dispatch

Artworks are dispatched after full payment has been received.

As each artwork is individually prepared and securely packaged, processing times may vary.
Estimated dispatch and delivery times are provided during checkout and are non-binding.

If a shipment is delayed, the buyer will be informed without undue delay.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are approximately:

  • Germany: 5–10 business days

  • European Union: 7–14 business days

  • International: 14–30 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier, customs clearance, and external factors beyond our control.

Packaging and Insurance

All artworks are carefully packed to ensure safe transport.
Shipments are insured against loss and damage during transit.

Transfer of Risk

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the artwork passes to the buyer upon delivery.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If the artwork arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us without undue delay at:

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with statutory rights.

Returns and Shipping

In the event of a withdrawal, the buyer bears the direct costs of returning the artwork.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
