HELD is an abstract body of work concerned with inner pressure, containment, and sustained tension.
The compositions are built from dense, layered forms that press inward rather than expand outward. Shapes overlap and hold their position, suggesting movement that is possible but withheld.

The works operate within a restrained visual language. Limited color ranges—often dominated by reds, browns, and muted flesh tones—reinforce a sense of weight and compression. There is no narrative or symbolic reference; the focus lies on atmosphere, physical presence, and psychological tension.
